The sector changes every week. We run internal training, we share what we learn, and if you spot a course worth doing, we'll talk about it. We don't want people who stop learning because they've been here 3 years.
Asana, Slack, a call. No 40-person email chains. No meetings that could have been a message. If you have something to say, say it. If something seems wrong to you, say that too — no drama.
You won't be working on dummy accounts or practice campaigns. From the first month you're on real projects with real clients. The learning curve is vertical. And that's a good thing.

Positions
Sometimes we have open positions, sometimes we don't. The door is always open if you're good at what you do.
